/ACCGO/SRALMANAGER2 - Maintain Read Access Logging

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the Read Access Logging (RAL) and configure which read-access information to log under which conditions. This enables you to monitor and log read access to data and provide information such as which business users accessed data (for example, Driver ID, Vehicle Number), and when they did so.

You can display the configurations in the system by performing the steps below.

1.,,Launch transaction SRALMANAGER.

2.,,On the Administration tab, click on Enabling in Client to enable RAL in a particular client.

3.,,Click the checkbox for Enable Read Access Logging in Client.

4.,,Enable the RFC Profile Parameter (sec/ral_enabled_for_rfc) for the application server.

1.,,Launch transaction SRALMANAGER.

2.,,On the Monitor tab, click on Read Access Log.

3.,,Set the Search Criteria for Channel to Dynpro.

4.,,Fill the other Search Criteria fields as desired.

5.,,Click on the Search button.

6.,,More information can be seen in the Detailed Information section by selecting any record.
