/ACCGO/V_ADD_SNP1 - Configure Admin Fields

In this Customizing activity, you configure the functionality of snapshot admin fields maintained in the Maintain Admin Fields List customizing.

• You have ensured that the snapshot admin fields have been maintained in theMaintain Admin Fields Listcustomizing.

• You have ensured that domain names have been assigned to field purposes in theAssign Domains to Field Purposescustomizing.

To configure the admin fields, follow the steps below:

1. Click on New Entries.
2. Select the Field Name. All the fields maintained in the previous IMG activity will be displayed for selection.
3. Choose the Purposeof the field from the following options:

• 1: Maintain Processing Status

• 2: Maintain Signature Relevance

• 3: Maintain Signature Status

1. Select the Field Typeas either Dropdownor Checkbox.
2. If the field is editable, select the Editablecheck box.
3. Once all the configurations are finalized, save your entries.
