In this Customizing activity, you specify if the mass release of Load Data Capture (LDC) objects should be performed in an online or offline mode. During mass release of LDCs, application and pricing documents are distributed. If no selections are made in this configuration, it is implied that mass LDC release is applicable for all possible combinations.

  • You can only select either the Fail Application Queue or the Application Onlinemode for a document type.
  • If no selections are made in this Customizing for an application document, the application and pricing distribution will happen offline in the background, and the application queues will not fail if there are any contract locking errors.
  • If the Application Onlinemode is selected in case of an intra/inter scenario, you must maintain the Sideas Salesin the Customizing.
  • If the Fail Application Queuemode is selected in case of an inter/intra scenario, both the Purchaseand Salessides must be maintained in the Customizing.
  • While reading this configuration, the system will give precedence to the entry nearest to the generic match.
  • If the Application Onlinemode is selected, at least one entry must be maintained in the OE callerfield. In case of the Fail Application Queuemode, no entry can be maintained in the OE caller field.

Maintain the configuration settings as follows:

  1. Click on New Entries.
  2. Maintain the Company Code, Plant, Doc. Type(Application Document Type), and Side.
  3. Select the Fail Appcheck box if you want to enable the offline mode for mass LDC release. In this mode, application and pricing distribution will happen offline, in the background, and application queues will be failed in case of contract locking errors. These failed queues can be re-executed later using the /ACCGO/APPQ_REEXEC(Re-execute Application Queues) transaction.
  4. Select the Stop Nxt.check box if you want to disable processing of applications with failed queues from the manual application workcenter.
  5. Select the Online modecheck box to enable the online mode for mass LDC release. In this mode, application and pricing distribution will happen online. If you want to enable this mode for LDCs created through the workcenter or APIs, select the required option in the OE callerfield.
  6. Save your entries.
