In this Customizing activity, you maintain the mapping between Contract Application Status and Status Category relevant for SAP Agricultural Contract Management.

Contract Application Status should be configured in Define Application Status and Status Groups.

To maintain the mapping between Contract Application Status and Status Category, follow this procedure:,,,,,,

1. Click New Entries.,,,,,,,,

2. Define the following fields:,,,,,,

• ApStat (Contract application document status),,

• Status Cat (Status Category),,,,,,

3. Save the entries.,,,,,,,,

For example, if the Contract Application Status is set ‘L’, that is, ‘Released’, the Status Category is set to 'C'. This implies that the Status Category is relevant for call-off or is application relevant.
