You use this Customizing activity to maintain field level restrictions for contract documents, such as, applications and settlements.

To maintain restrictions, perform the following steps:

  1. Click on New Entries.
  2. Select the field level as either Headeror Item.
  3. Choose the required field in the Field Namecolumn.
  4. In the Restriction Typecolumn, select the desired restriction from the drop down menu.
  5. Save your entries.
