In this Customizing activity, you maintain the codes and descriptions for governing regions relevant for being assigned to different contracts in the credit sales scenario.

  1. In the SAP Reference IMG Structure, choose Agricultural Contract Management -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Governing Region Codes.
  2. Execute the activity.
  3. Click on New Entries.
  4. Enter the region code in the column GRC and provide the code description in the next column.
  5. Once done, saveyour entries.
