/ACCGO/V_STLABDM - Maintain Message Type for Company Code
General Data in Customer Master Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component StructureThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity, you can maintain a message type for the company code for situations where the net amount of the settlement agency business document (ABD) does not match the net amount of the settlement unit during a settlement release.
In SAP Agricultural Contract Management, when a settlement is released, the system checks if the net amount in the settlement unit is the same as the one in the ABD. If the amounts are different, by default (that is, if Customizing options are not maintained), the system issues a warning message in the case of an online operation and an error message in the case of a background operation.
This Customizing activity allows you to specify the type of message (and, accordingly, system response) you receive in the situation outlined above.
To define the system response for a company code, enter the company code in question and select one of the checkboxes. Note: Do not select more than one checkbox per company code.
The following table shows how the respective checkboxes function:
Checkbox | Works in Background Mode | Works in Online Mode | System Response (if selected) | |||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Hard Stop | Yes | No | Stops settlement release | |||
Warning Message | Yes | Yes | Issues an information message in background mode; users can choose to continue | |||
Skip Message | Yes | Yes | Skips message completely in background as well as online mode |
With the following example, suppose you selected the Hard Stop checkbox for company code 0001. As a result, the system stops the corresponding settlement release in the background.
Company Code | Hard Stop | Warning Message | Skip Message | |||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
0001 | X |
