You use CSA (Customer Service Area) determination table for situations where you want to use a CSA table other than the default. You enter these special cases in the the determination table, which controls which CSA table the system is to select.

IMPORTANT: There is a default determination table /AFS/CS_DET that can be used for determination purposes. This always remains the determination table unless you specify that some other user-defined CSA determination table overrides it.

1. Declare the table. Make sure that the table name is entered in the Customer name.
2. Select the table and choose Field Level.
3. Define the fields to be used for CSA determination.
4. Go to the display mode and and choose Generate Table at the top node. You can now generate the table.

Assume that you have a special customer for whom you do not want to use the default CSA table. You want to generate a determination table with the field KUNNR.

There are three additional fields that appear in the table besides those given in the field levels:

MANDT,,,,Client

GRSGY,,,,Grouping Strategy

AGTAB,,,,CSA Table

All the key fields will help determine the CSA Table (AGTAB).
