In this step you maintain the criteria and factors governing allocation group (AG) table determination. This can be done in two ways:

  • AG table determination without determination table
This uses the system default AG determination table /AFS/AG_DET.
  • AG table determination with determination table
This uses the user-created AG table that has been declared as the default AG table.

Make individual entries for each special case that affects AG table determination.

Assume that you have created an AG determination table ZADT with field KUNNR, and you have marked it as the default determination table. However, you need to use a different AG table for two particular customers. You can make the following entries in it:

MANDT GRSGY KUNNR AGTAB

005 GS01 CUST01 ZAG1

005 GS01 CUST02 ZAG2

These settings would ensure that AG table ZAG1is used for CUST01 and table ZAG2 for CUST02 if both have the grouping strategy GS01 maintained in AFS additional data.
