In this step you maintain the mapping for grouping rule determination. There are two ways to do this:

• Grouping rule determination without determination table

This is a simple one-to-one mapping of grouping strategies and grouping rules. You enter the grouping strategy and the corresponding grouping rule that the system is to apply when this grouping strategy is used.

• Grouping rule determination with determination table

This is a more customizable mapping where the grouping determination tables are used to determine the grouping rules. You can create these determination fields and enter the values in the appropriate table in Customizing for Determination Table Generation.
