Here you define which allocation strategies can be used for multi-store orders I.

The allocation run determines that there is not enough stock to supply all five stores, so the MSO cannot be fulfilled. Instead of the requested 100 you can only allocate 80 pieces. The system could allocate 16 pieces to each store or it could allocate 20 pieces to the first four stores.

You can choose between an equal allocation and a sequential allocation. That means that if there is a stock shortage you can decide whether the individual stores should be supplied according to the sequence in the sales order item or whether all stores get correspondingly less goods.

  • Choose which strategy should be used as default value for all allocation runs by selecting the field default for the corresponding strategy.
  • Enter the requested rounding rules and minimum quota.
  • Choose the necessary function modules:
  • For sequential allocations J_4AR_REQUIREMENTS_DIVIDE_FILL

  • For equal allocations J_4AR_REQUIREMENTS_DIVIDE_EVEN

For multi-store orders II this Customizing setting is not relevant:

After the explosion of the MSO, the single orders are handled as individual sales orders. The allocation logic is then valid that is determined by the respective allocation run.
