/AFS/SIMGPP_PRSZVLDY - Define Validity Periods for Distribution Profiles
SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
You can create distribution profiles for the distribution of planned independent requirements. You can define them material-dependent or material-independent. During the presizing the distribution of the planned independent requirements is carried out according to this profile. For this you must enter a validity period. Beyond this period or if no distribution profile exists, the planned independent requirements are equally distributed.
Plant Validity period No. Date from Date to
0001 Christmas 1 01.11.2000 24.12.2000
0001 Christmas 2 01.11.2001 24.12.2001
0001 Christmas 3 01.11.2002 24.12.2002
To define different validity periods for distribution profiles, you have to maintain the following settings:
- Plant
- Validity period
- Number of time interval
- Date from
- Date to
You can use one or several time intervals at client or plant level. If you define the distribution for a material or profile at plant level, the time intervals for several plants can differ.
Specify a plant for which a certain distribution is relevant within a certain period. For this enter a validity period and assign a number. Enter a time interval.
You can maintain distribution profiles at plant, category, grid value and/or period level. You can use the four profiles simultaneously.
In the view AFS Basic data of the material master you assign material-independent distribution profiles to a material at client level. In the view AFS MRP you maintain the assignment at plant level.
