With the help of different sales document types you can map different business processes. In this section you maintain the control of specific AFS functions in the different sales documents. You do not make specific settings for individual sales areas, but rather for all sales areas.

For the individual sales document types you control the usage of the following functions:

  • Transaction flow

  • Default data

  • Multi-store order

  • Value-added services

The respective sales document types must be completely maintained in the R/3 Standard. To do this choose IMG section Define Sales Document Types. If the data is completely maintained, the respective sales document type automatically appears in the selection screen of the AFS order data.
