/AFS/SIMGSD_CRCTRI - Maintain Triggers

In this menu option you ultimately control for which changed fields of the sales document the user must enter a reason code.

The system displays a dialog window where the user must enter a reason code.

The Standard AFS System contains five structures J_3AREV1 to J_3AREV5.

1. Check whether the fields that are contained in the five structures of the Standard AFS System meet the requirements of your company.
2. If you want to make the entry of a reason code obligatory for other fields, you can complete the corresponding structure. For this choose the Dictionary within the ABAP Workbench.
3. Enter one of the five structures per sales organization and sales document type.
