With your own MSO-charge code you can guarantee your ordering party of a multi-store order an item-related price reduction.

In so doing you can help your customer with an extensive order. Previous price agreements with the customer are not affected. The system carries out the price determination in the order as usual. It merely reduces the total price of the item to which you have assigned an MSO-charge code.

A customer buys up all remaining stocks of summer clothing. The goods should be directly delivered to the customer's stores. If you map this using an MSO you can meet the requests of your customer, the ordering party of the MSO document, by calculating some materials at a lower price. You can do that

  • by defining an MSO-charge code,
  • by combining the charge code in the condition technique with a price reduction
  • by entering the charge code in the MSO to the items which the customer is to receive at the reduced price.

You uniquely define an MSO-charge code by assigning a key with a maximum of two digits and a short text for explanation. You cannot use the same key twice.

In the Standard AFS System a separate condition type (J3AQ) is available within the sales condition. Using this condition type you can define percentage-based price reductions to your MSO-charge codes.
