In this menu option you enter which of the order reasons defined in the previous IMG section should be valid for a specific sales document per order type.

When entering a sales order, you can enter the order reason in the AFS sales view. In the input help for this field, you will see only those order types that you have permitted in this IMG section for the sales document in a specific sales area.

A few typical reasons for the creation of orders are visits from representatives, trade fair sales activity, or newspaper advertisements.

Assign permitted order types to your sales document types for each sales area.
