This menu option allows you to create condition tables for your season conditions according to the requirements of your company. You can also change already existing tables or see a display of their contents.

You determine your condition table based on the field catalog defined in the previous IMG section. The fields in the condition table form a key combination, based on which you can create different season condition records in the application for materials, customers, and so on.

There are already a few basic condition tables available in the standard AFS system. If possible, you should not change these tables.

To add your own tables, enter a number from the user-defined interval between 501 and 999 as the key. In the next screen select from the permitted field catalog the fields that you want your table to consist of. The system automatically transfers the short description of the fields to the text description of your table in the sequence you choose.

If you want to have the option of restricting the validity of the season condition records that you define based on this table to certain time periods, select the indicator With Validity for the table.

You can then generate the table.
