In this Customizing activity, you can define customized automatic reprocessing settings for AIF interface / error log combinations with pre-delivered content.

Register Custom Automatic Reprocessing:

  • Register the AIF interface and the corresponding single error messages by message class and number for automatic reprocessing.

Define Reprocessing Settings:

  • A minimum waiting time: The reprocessing will start at the earliest after the minimum waiting time has expired, but it can also take place at a later point in time since it's only a minimum waiting time.
  • A maximum waiting time: The reprocessing will start at the latest at the maximum waiting time (does not apply for Message Monitoring for SAP S/4HANA Cloud)
  • A maximum number of reprocessing trials
  • Status: You can select one of the following intermediate statuses that the message should reach while it is waiting for the next automatic reprocessing:
  • I - In process

  • E - Application error

  • A - Technical error
