/BEV3/CHVA_FUBA_BELE - Allowed function modules document selection

In this IMG activity you define function modules for document selection for the contract statement. You use the module to select all financial accounting postings that were assigned to a contract within the analysis period. The corresponding documents from Sales and Distribution (SD) and Contract Handling (CH) are also retrieved.

The standard delivery contains the following function modules:

• /BEV3/CHVVA_READ_DYN_BSEG: All postings from table BSEG that have not yet been output on preceding documents are output up to and including the 'To' date.

• /BEV3/CHVVA_READ_DYN_LEDGER: All postings from the contract handling ledger that have not yet been output on preceding documents are output up to and including the 'To' date.

• /BEV3/CHVVA_READ_FI_LEGDER: All postings from the contract handling ledger that are between the 'From' date and the 'To' date are output.

• /BEV3/CHVVA_READ_PER_BSEG: All postings from table BSEG that are between the 'From' date and the 'To' date (inclusive) are output.

Use the standard function modules. You can replace the standard function modules with your own modules as long as you do not change the interface.

Only documents that were selected using a function module can be output in the contract statement.

All documents from Contract Handling, Sales and Distribution (SD), and Financial Accounting are determined for the selection defined by the 'From' date, 'To' date, and contract handling document number parameters. The sequence and type of items on the contract statement is determined using the document flow table (reference structure /BEV3/CHA_BELEG).
