In this IMG activity you control the transfer of CH data to settlement- relevant link locations. To do this you assign the appropriate link types (structures) and link locations to the agreements (agreement class and rule ID). In general you must assign the structures for link type 0300 (movements request CH), link type 0301 (movements statement CH) and link type 0350 (movements control CH) to a specific link location. The data assigned to the link location is transferred to the settlement records.
The standard system contains default table entries for the data transfer.
Use the table entries in the standard system. If necessary, you can also define your own assignments.
Only the assigned values are taken into account in the settlement. The system always reads the entire link location.
You use link type 0300 to assign, for example, the following link
locations to a date (CHAD) rental settlement (190200):
- 4450 Rent
- 4460 Rental costs
- 4470 Handling costs
- 4490 External expenses
