Use

In this IMG activity you make general technical settings on different tab pages (for example, for function module assignment and field status processing) and enter data (for example, units of measure) that is needed to perform processes. You can process the following tab pages:

  • Confirmation
  • Partner functions
  • Forms
  • Request status fields
  • Confirmation status fields
  • Others

Standard settings

The following parameters for confirmations can be found in the standard system on the tab page Confirmation:

  • Parameters for error processing
  • Parameters for default settings
  • Parameters for variance tolerances

The following function modules can be found in the standard system on the tab page Partner functions for automatic determination of functions:

  • /BEV4/PLINKDN,,,, (Function for sold-to party)
  • /BEV4/PLPARVW_INKDN,, (Partner function for indirect customers)
  • /BEV4/PLPARVW_OBJN,, (Partner function for objects)
  • /BEV4/PLPARVW_VERL,, (Partner function for wholesalers)

On the tab page Forms you can customize parameters, forms, print programs and standard texts. The following forms and prints programs are available for Pendulum List Indirect Sales in the standard system:

  • Forms
  • /BEV4/PLPANSCHR,,(Letter form)

  • /BEV4/PLPANSCHRO,,(Request letter form)

  • /BEV4/PLPANSCHOBJ,,(Pendulum list form)

  • Print programs
  • /BEV4/PLPANSCHR,,(Print program letter)

  • /BEV4/PLPANSCHOBJ,,(Print program letter request)

  • /BEV4/PLPLISTE,,,,(Print program pendulum list)

On the tab pages Status fields request, Status fields confirmation and Others, you can assign an input status to input fields. On the tab page Others you can customize the number of lines the system provides when new entries are made, and flag whether the system should also consider previous periods during an initial program run.

Activities

Define the parameters you need on the different tab pages. You can use the default parameters shipped with the standard system, as templates.
