Bulgaria: Define legal figures for reporting your fixed assets.
In this configuration activity, you define legal figures for fixed assets. The definition is used by the Fixed Assetsreport (BG_FXDAST_REP) that you run through the Run Statutory Reports app.
Enter the following information:
- In the Legal Fig.Codecolumn, create a three-character code for the row groups in the report.
- In the Fixed Assets Figure Text column, enter the description of the row (maximum 50 characters). This will appear as row description in the report.
- In the Legal Fig.Index column, enter the sequential counter (4 digits numeric code).
- In the Legal Fig.Categ.column, assign the figure code from the first column to the relevant fixed asset category. These are the four standard categories:
- T (Tangible assets)
- I (Intangible assets)0
- L (Long-term investments)
- G (Positive Goodwill)
The report displays the fixed assets in the following hierarchy: Legal Figure Category, Legal Figure, Asset Class, and Fixed Asset.
