In this activity, you assign search types to messages.

You can use the following message header attributes to create assignments:

  • Sender ID
  • Receiver ID
  • Message Type
  • Origin

You can leave fields empty. In this case, an empty field is a wildcard.

If you assign search types to messages, the system checks if a search typeis relevant for a given incoming message during inbound message processing. If so, the system creates a search index for the payload of this message using the search categories assigned to the search type.
