A record can be switched to status Freeze. During the freeze process, the retention period is calculated, and disposal status is set.

Attributes are stored in a file plan. The file plan is determined by BAPI BAPI_RECORD_GETLIST. BAPI has input parameters RMS ID and element type ID. Parameters are stored in this table.
