In this Customizing activity, you make settings for the property tax calculation of your real estate objects.

On the Property Category screen, make the following settings:

  • Define the property categories that you need to use for the tax calculation.
Example:
Property Category Descr. of Property Category Real Estate Object in RE-FX
P Land Land
S Building Building
0 Co-Ownership of Land Land
B Flat or Non-Residential Spaces Rental Unit

  • Assign the category to an object type used in the Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

On the Property Types screen, make the following settings:

  • Select a property category and assign the property types to it as defined by law.
Note:
To the property categories that you assigned to the Landreal estate object type on the Property Categoryscreen, you also need to assign property types (X and Y) of the paved area used for agricultural and industrial purposes. This enables the system to enter the paved area-relevant information in the correct field in the tax return.
  • Assign a tax rate and the type of tax rate to each property type as defined by law.
Example:
Property Type Tax Rate Type of Tax Rate
A 0.75 Tax Rate in percentage (%)
E 0.10 Czech Korona (CZK)

If you need to define tax exemption codes for your property categories, you must additionally enter data on the Tax Exemption Codes screen.

0.10
