In this activity, you assign the symbolic account key for revenue account determination in the SAP ECC system.

In Customizing for the SAP ECC plug-in system, you assign appropriate revenue accounts from the SAP ECC system to the symbolic account keys from the CRM system, under Integration with other mySAP.com Components -> Customer Relationship Management -> Settings for Financial Accounting. If you do not define any conversion of symbolic account keys be revenue account in the SAP ECC system, then the SAP ECC system interprets the symbolic account key as a revenue account.

Make sure that the symbolic account key is assigned to the corresponding revenue accounts in the SAP ECC system.
