In this IMG activity, you implement the search scenario for entitlements. You can set control parameters using Business Add-Ins (BAdI). Entitlements acts as a base for claims, returns, rolling purchase history, and deposit entitlement programs.

Note:

You can also implement this search scenario using the following activities:

Customer Relationship Management --> Entitlement Management--> Entitlement Programs --> Deposit Refund Program --> Integration --> Integration to Claims and Returns

• AssignDeposit Entitlement Relevance to Claims and Returns Transactions

• AssignReturns Entitlement Relevance to Claims and Returns Transactions

However, if you make settings in the activites above, then these settings holds precedence over the Implement Search Scenario Determination activity.

Requirements

You have:

• Defined search criteria for entitlements in Customizing under Customer Relationship Management --> Entitlement Management --> Entitlement Determination --> Search Criteria --> Define Search Criteria.

• Defined search sequences and assigned search criteria to search sequences in Customizing under Customer Relationship Management --> Entitlement Management --> Entitlement Determination --> Search Sequence.

• Defined search scenarios and assigned search sequences to search scenarios in Customizing under Customer Relationship Management --> Entitlement Management --> Entitlement Determination --> Search Scenarios.
