In this IMG activity you define the following per transaction type and item category:

• Whether the system should search for available entitlements (field Search)

• Whether the system should switch to a different program (Entitlement Account or Entitltment Program) if it does not find enough valid entitlements

• In which order and according to which criteria the system should search for entitlements. You define search scenarios under Define Search Scenario.
