In this IMG activity you define the codes and descriptions for the system processes and manual processes that influence an entitlement. The system processes include automatic creation of entitlements from an invoice, expiration of the validity period of entitlements, or the settlement of entitlements in financial accounting. The manual processes include changes to the number of entitlements or the extension of their validity period.

The process codes appear in the entitlement history, so you can always see at a glance, which system processes and which manual processes an entitlement has passed through.
