In this IMG activity, you define search criteria that you wish to use for queries in entitlements. A search criterion corresponds to a single search for an entitlement, based on a predefined set of fields.

By specifying search criteria, you can limit the result list as closely as possible to the documents that you need for the current processing situation. The system uses the selected entitlements for processing.

If you want to use fields from structures as search fields in a search criteria, you must ensure that these fields are in the structure /CEM/S_SEARCH_INPUT_COM.

The following search criteria are part of the standard delivery:

  • ALL_BUPA_PRD: Partner or Product
Entitlements are searched for based on the partner and product.
  • ALL_BUPA_PRDH: Partner or Product Hierarchy
Entitlements are searched for based on the partner and product hierarchy in the exchange group, for the same partner.
  • ALL_BUPA_PRDH_PAST: Partner or Past Product Exchange Group
Entitlements are searched for with the older exchange groups; when no entitlements are found, a search is performed for entitlements in the new exchange group that the product is currently assigned.
  • ALL_BUPH_PRD: Partner Hierarchy or Product
Entitlements are searched for based on the same product within the Partner family. A partner family is a pool of partners who share entitlements. Anybody can consume entitlement irrespective of who owns it.
  • ALL_BUPH_PRDH: Partner Hierarchy and Product Hierarchy based search
  • ALL_REFDOC: Reference Document
Entitlements are searched for an exact match based on invoice document and item.
  • CB_BUPA_PRD: Partner or Product
Special search for entitlement for deposit refund.
