To migrate your existing settings, use program Migrate Configuration of Key Figures and Resource Types.

You use this Customizing activity to map cost elements (or cost element groups) to key figure elements and their corresponding key figures. This allows you to define key figure elements for project cost status reports and work in progress (WIP) reports.

For example, to display the actual values posted in SAP S/4HANA for the cost elements between 600000 and 640000 (to be shown as actual costs aggregated in the category Labor Costs), you would create a key figure element Labor Cost and assign the key figure Actual Cost, and then maintain the cost element range from 600000 to 640000.

You have made all the required configurations in SAP S/4HANA, for example, the definition of the controlling area, cost elements, and general ledger accounts.
