You use this Customizing activity to define statuses for checklist items.
For each status, you provide a status code, status description, and a priority. You also specify the icon to be displayed on the UI.
In the Status When Complete column, you can mark the status to be displayed when a checklist item is set to complete (this is done using the Completebutton on the UI).
- Note
- If multiple statuses have this marker, then the system displays the status that has highest priority (for example, 1 is considered as the highest; 10 is considered as the lowest).
In the Status When Reopenedcolumn, you can mark the status to be displayed when a checklist item is reopened (this is done using the Reopenbutton on the UI).
