In this Customizing activity, you specify the internal number range intervals for risk action items.

When you create a risk action item, the system assigns a number automatically. You use the number range interval to determine from which number range the number is taken.

Procedure to create the required number range intervals for risk action items:

  1. Use the Change Intervalspushbutton to do this.
  2. Choose New Entries.
  3. Make the following entries in a new row:
    1. No: 2
    2. From No.: Create an entry based on your business needs
    3. To No.: Create an entry based on your business needs
  4. Save your entries.
