/CPD/PROJ_EMAIL - BAdI: Email for Projects

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to activate the sending of emails when a user changes the stage of a customer or internal project.
The system always uses the pre-delivered Stage Change (/CPD/STAGECHANGE_TEMPLATE) email template to inform business partners assigned to the following project roles:
- Project Manager
- Project Partner
- Project Controller
- Project Accountant
The master data of business partners must contain a valid email ID.
In the business context Engagement Project, create a new custom logic implementation and assign one of the following values to the parameter Send Email (EV_CHECK):
- X
- ABAP_TRUE
Recommendation: If you wish to read project-related information in your custom implementation, it is recommended to use available CDS views that serve the intended purpose.
