This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Project Workspace( CA-CPD-WS) component of Commercial Project Management( CA-CPD). You can use this BAdI to write your own logic to influence the behavior of each workspace view.

Implementing this BAdI definition offers the advantage of modularization for the Application-Specific Component Controller (AppCC) and the OVP AppCC.

The workspace views you want to control by means of a BAdI implementation must be available in the Customizing activity Define Project Workspace Views. This can be found under Commercial Project Management > Master Data > Commercial Project.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

The following default BAdI implementations are available in the enhancement implementation /CPD/PWSSE_MP_WSPACE_MAIN_PAGE:

  • /CPD/CL_PWS_WS_WSPACE_OVERVIEW
This BAdI implementation defines the actions and behavior of user interface building block (UIBB) elements in the Overview page of the project workspace.
  • /CPD/CL_PWS_WS_WSPACE_COMMVIEW
This BAdI implementation defines the actions and behavior of UIBB elements in the Commercial View page of the project workspace.
  • /CPD/CL_PWS_WS_WSPACE_DOCUVIEW
This BAdI implementation defines the actions and behavior of UIBB elements in the Documents page of the project workspace.
  • /CPD/CL_PWS_WS_WSPACE_FINAVIEW
This BAdI implementation defines the actions and behavior of UIBB elements in the Financial Plan page of the project workspace.
  • /CPD/CL_PWS_WS_WSPACE_ICVIEW
This BAdI implementation defines the actions and behavior of UIBB elements in the Project Issues and Changes page of the project workspace.
  • /CPD/CL_PWS_WS_WSPACE_PROCVIEW
This BAdI implementation defines the actions and behavior of UIBB elements in the Procurement View page of the project workspace.
