You use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to implement custom calculations for deriving the risk score.

In the standard, you can provide score ranges to specify the risk levels that are relevant to your business. When you add a risk in the risk register, the system automatically calculates the score based on the probability and the impact entered on the screen. For more information see, Define Risk Probabilities and Define Risk Impact.

In the standard, the risk score is caluclated by multiplying probability with impact.

With this BAdI you can define other calculations to derive the score, for example, by adding probability to impact.
