/CPD/VC_RES_CSTS - Define Resources

You use this Customizing activity to define the resources that you need for your project. Each resource is linked to a resource type defined in the Customizing activity Define Resource Types.

You can assign multiple cost elements and activity types to each resource. The planning values against each of the resources are posted to the corresponding cost element or activity type and transferred to the S/4HANA system.

You have defined the resource types in Customizing for Project Cost and Revenue Planning-> Define Resource Types.

After creating resources in this activity, execute the report Create BI Master Data for Resources.

Resources such as architects, engineers, contractors can be categorized under the human resource type.
