You use this Customizing activity to define custom profiles for risks. You can define the following criteria in a risk profile:

• Status profile

• Currency

• If you have defined a currency in the risk profile, the specified currency is taken as the currency for risk impact.

• If you have not defined a currency in the risk profile, the system considers the currency of the default company code maintained in the organization assigned to the commercial project.

• If you have not defined a currency in the risk profile, and if no organization has been assigned to the commercial project, the system considers the client currency.

• Usage of risk activities

• Usage of multiple impact fields

• Assignment of multiple impact fields

• Risk categories and subcategories

• Risk levels

• Probability

• Impact

Example

In addition to the standard risk profile, you can define a risk profile to address financial risks in your company.

The following settings are delivered in the standard:

• Risk profile

• Standard (1000)

• Multiple impact fields

• Cost

• Schedule

• Quality

• Scope
