In this Customizing activity, you define global severity levels to indicate an alert's priority. You create severity levels by entering a description and choosing a representative icon from the standard SAP icon repository.
Subsequently, you assign severity levels to alert conditions in Customizing for SAP Commercial Project Management > Master Data > Master Project > Make Settings for Master Projects.
Project Workspace (CA-CPD-WS) delivers the following severities as standard:

| 0001 | Critical |
| 0002 | High |
| 0003 | Major |
| 0004 | Minor |
