You use this Customizing activity to specify conditions for the statuses defined by you. For more information, see Define Statuses of Milestones (Checklist Items).
These conditions are used by the Business Add-In BAdI: Additional Configurations in Milestone Checklists to determine the statuses of individual checklist items (milestones). These statuses are displayed on the user interface.
Example 1
To specify that the status of checklist items (milestones) must be set as In Process, when the the proposed end date exceeds the current date by 1 day, you make the following settings:
- Status: S2(assuming that you defined S2 as In Process in Define Statuses of Checklist Items (Milestones))
- Compare Current Date With: Proposed End Date
- Offset/Offset Start: 1
- Conditions with Respect to Current Date: Greater than
Example 2
To specify that the status of checklist items (milestones) must be set as Blocker, when the the proposed end date exceeds the current date between 3 to 10 days, you make the following settings:
- Status: S4(assuming that you defined S4 as Blocker in Define Statuses of Checklist Items (Milestones))
- Compare Current Date With: Proposed End Date
- Offset/Offset Start: 3
- Offset End: 10
- Conditions with Respect to Current Date: Between ... and ...
