You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) search for and return deal strategies. The BAdI uses the enhancement spot /DMBE/ES_DEAL_STRATEGY. The retrieved strategies are displayed in the search help for the Deal Strategyfield.

The BAdI uses the following methods:

  • GET_ENTITYSET: returns a list of strategies filtered by filtered by deal information
  • GET_ENTITY: returns descriptions of strategy keys
  • SELECT_ALL: returns a list of all available strategies

You implement these methods to retrieve deal strategy information for customer-specific business rules. The methods must be implemented to display the strategies in the strategy field help for the Deal Strategyfield.
