This configuration can be used to activate or deactivate specific Deal Capture features.

The features available are:

  • Consider Invoice UoM - Deal Capture will allow traders to enter a negotiated unit of measure to be used later in the invoice process. The Invoice UoM field will be available in the Deal Capture Measurement section when this feature is active.
  • Usage of Product Alias - Deal Capture will allow traders to find a product by its alias. The Product Alias field will be available in the Deal Capture Measurement section when this feature is active. For more information, see Deal Capture Customizing -> Deal Details -> Measurement -> Define Product Alias.
  • Business Partner per Company Code - Deal Capture will filter counterparties by company code during the deal creation when this feature is active. For more information, see Customizing -> Deal Header -> Business Partners -> Define Business Partner per Company Code.
  • Intercompany Regular Origin - Deal Capture will allow traders to enter a regular Origin Location field (similar to third-party deals) instead of Origin Intercompany in deals for intercompany scenarios when this feature is active.
  • Tolerance Above 100% - Deal Capture will support deals with percentage and absolute tolerances above 100% up to 999% when this feature is active.
  • Display Strategy Fields - Deal Capture will show the Strategy, Buying Strategy, and Selling Strategy fields at the detail or product level together with the enabling of transaction types "R" and "H", which are dependent on the concept of strategy. For this feature to work the BAdI /DMBE/BADI_DEAL_STRATEGY has to be implemented to provide an entity set for these fields, and they must be mapped as free characteristics to Z fields, as this concept is not supported in subsequent documents outside of Deal Capture.
