In this menu item, you define the type of number assignment and the number range intervals for check-in documents.

Check-in is the validation process for inbound activities. They are performed when the vehicle returns to the premises.

You have to assign a unique number each time you create a check-in document.

For more information on number ranges, refer to the documentation of IMG activity Maintain Number Range for Check-In Documents.

If a DSD process with handheld support is involved, you have to maintain a number range interval for this number range object and then assign it a usage.

If a DSD process without handheld supoprt is involved, you do not have to maintain a number range interval for this number range object.
