If a visit list that has already been downloaded or printed (collective printout) is to be changed, the user is informed of its status before making the change. When checking whether the visit list has already been downloaded or printed, only the messages that are entered here are checked for successful processing.

In addition, this table is also used in the transaction for message processing (=> /DSD/VC_MESSAGES) to trigger listing of individual messages. If the message type for the collective printout is not entered in this table it is not possible to add the corresponding individual messages to the message display.

For the visit list, message types must be set up for the download (transmission 6 or A) and/or for the printout (collective printout).

Enter the messages types that are set up

,,o for the EDI download(transmission medium 6)

,,o for the ALE download (transmission medium A)

,,o for the printout (transmission medium 1) => only the collective

message
