This organizational activity lists the Customizing activities that you need to work with when setting up Data Quality Management for SAP for CRM.

Marketing Attributes

To perform matching on Marketing Attributes fields. This process requires a configuration of the 'Marketing Attributes for Use during Duplicate Check' screen on your SAP system, and then an automatic restarting of the RFC Server to make any changes take effect. After configuration, the CRM business user can run ELM and invoke the data matching capabilities of this product on Marketing Attribute fields.

Maintain Matching on Marketing Attributes

BAdI

This will activate or deactivate the BAdI needed for the Extended Search functionality.

Activate/Deactivate Extended Search Functionality

BC Sets

These BC Sets contain the data needed to use SAP Data Quality Managment with CRM WebClients (BSP) and

Extended Search.
