In this Customizing activity, you can activate the planned price release for each valuation area and assign price release groups. Valid prices of price types within these price release groups can then be activated for a goods movement as a future price at the system date.
Before you activate the planned price release of flexible material prices, you have to activate the planned price release of the standard system in this transaction.
In the standard system, planned price release is not active.
Activate planned price release for the applicable valuation areas, and assign the relevant price release groups.
Save the changes.
In addition to the activation, you need to Define Settings for Planned Price Release.
