This BAdI defines the order proposal relevance (which in Customizing is defined on the level of F&R exception object type) on the level of F&R exception objects. This redefinition can be made dependent on the context of the F&R exception.

Three context types can be relevant:

  • Location
  • Product
  • Location product

The BAdI defines a separate method for each context type:

  • CHECK_LOCATION_RELEVANCE: Checks Relevance of a Location for the Autom. Release of OPs
  • CHECK_PRODUCT_RELEVANCE: Checks Relevance of Products for the Autom. Release of OPs
  • CHECK_LOCPROD_RELEVANCE: Checks Relevance of LocProds for the Autom. Release of OPs

There is no default implementation for the /FRE/IF_EX_DB_EXC_BADI_002 interface.

For an example implementation, see class /FRE/CL_EXM_IM_DB_EXC_BADI_002.

The BAdI is used in the module /FRE/DB_MSG_READ_FOR_OPM which returns those F&R exceptions that are relevant for order proposal management. "Relevant for OPM" means that the exception attribute OPM_FLAG is set and thus prevents an order proposal that is assigned to this F&R exception from being released automatically.
