You use the screen configuration to customize the RWBS (Replenishment Workbench for Stores) product list view, product detail view and calculation detail view.

  • Product List View
The product list view displays order proposal (OP) items. An OP item contains a lot of information, but because of space limitations, the system cannot display all the data in the product list view. This function allows you to select which data you want to display in the product list view. You can also configure the product list view to have the OP items initially sorted based on certain fields. The sorting sequence determines whether a field is used to sort the OP items and in which order the field should be used for sorting.
There are seven fields that must be displayed in the product list view: Product Number, Requirements Quantity, UoM, Delivery Date, DIF Existence, Exception Existenceand Status. However, you can select up to a maximum of 20 fields to be displayed in product list view, as well as up to 5 fields to be used as sorting fields.
  • Product Detail View
The product detail view displays the detailed information for an OP item. As with the product list view, the system cannot display all the data because of space limitations, so you can select up to a maximum of 30 fields to appear in the product detail view, along with the display sequence.
Fields in the detail view are displayed in the form of grid of n * 3, meaning that each row of the grid displays a maximum of three fields. The number of rows depends on how many fields you selected to be shown in the view.
The sequence of fields indicates the position where the field is to appear within the grid in the detail view. The following example shows the how fields might be placed in the grid and how this affects the display:

         |   seq = 1   |   seq = 2   |   seq = 3   |

         |   seq = 4   |   seq = 5   |   seq = 6   |

         |   seq = 7   |   seq = 8   |   seq = 9   |

If a field has a display sequence of 5, then the system places it in the second row/second column of the product detail view.
It is also possible to have empty cells within the grid. If you do not assign a field to a given sequence, the space in the grid that is dedicated to the sequence will be an empty cell. For instance, if you do not assign fields to sequence 3 and 7 in the above example, then the corresponding grid cells (row1/column 3 and row 3/column 1) are empty cells. No data will be displayed there.
  • Calculation Detail View
The calculation detail view shows the criteria used for determining the order of OP item data. As with the product detail view, you can select the information to be displayed and the sequence of the fields. You can select up to a maximum of 30 fields to appear in the calculation detail view, along with the display sequence.
