/IBX/FILE_SPEC - Define File Specifications OLD

In this activity, you can specify in which form csv files are supplied. The following settings (positive cases) are possible for each file access ID:

• Header: The file is supplied with a header.

• Divide JPY by 100: Amounts in Japanese Yen are not supplied in the standard SAP format and need to be divided by 100.

• No technical fields: The file is supplied without technical fields.

• Separator: The file uses this character as a column separator.

First maintain the following activities:

• Define File Access ID

• Exclude Technical Fields for Parser (optional if technical fields are supplied; using this activity, you can also set up alpha conversion when the file is read at field level)
