/IBX/REL_PROC - Define Release Steps
RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity you define the release steps of the release procedure.
Define one or more release steps for a release procedure (caution: Release step "0" is not permitted). You can define a descriptive text in the column Release Step (Text). Also assign an activity. An authorization check determines whether the user wishing to authorize the release is assigned to the activity maintained.
- The release procedure "4A" is a manual dual control principle. This requires two release steps. Release step 10 specifies that the transaction is in process. The final release step 20 specifies that the transaction has been released or posted. Any user with authorization for activity 02 (change) may execute step 10, while a user must have authorization for activity 10 (post) to execute step 20.
- The release procedure "4M" is a dual control principle in which the first status is set by a technical user. This requires three release steps. The release steps specify that the transaction is in process (10), in quality assurance (20) or has the status released or posted (30 final). Step 10 is set by a technical user with authorization for activity 02 (change). The steps 20 and 30 are set by human users, whereby they must have the authorizations for activities 02 (change) and 10 (post).
